Highlights of 2010 and $100 Gift for YOU!

Hey guys,

So 2010 is nearly over, phew! What a year it has been!
I’m going to run through a few of the highlights of the year for me personally and let you know what I have been up to, just in case you missed something.

Highlights of 2010Take a look at my personal highlights, and as kind of a ‘thank you’ for being a loyal subscriber of mine, and as it’s Christmas, I’m going to give $100 to one lucky person chosen at random from all the people who reply to this post with YOUR personal number 1 highlight of the year!

So just hit reply and let me know your number 1 marketing highlight of 2010 and you’re instantly in the draw for $100 cash.

OK, so here are my personal highlights of 2010:

January 2010 – After the MASSIVE success of our Multi Profit Websites launch late 2009 my good friend John Thornhill launched his VERY successful Masterclass Coaching Program where he took a handful of students and showed them exactly how to succeed online, step by step. The feedback I received from my referrals to this was awesome, so I know for a fact that it was an amazing success. Incidentally, he has a few spots open at the moment if you’re interested.

Then myself and John opened up to the public our Multi Profit Monthly, at first this was a monthly program we offered to Multi Profit Websites customers only, but it was such a great success, that we decided to let everyone in on it. In Multi Profit Monthly each month we reveal what is currently working for us online and provide a ton of content each month to help people succeed. We really enjoy creating the content for this every month, if you’re  a member then you will probably notice this.

February 2010 – My good friend Omar Martin, along with Mike Filsaime and J.I. Starr launched an excellent media product called VoxFlair, it basically provided people with a means to give their media that professional audio touch, we all know how important media it these days, so I thought that was really great.

Also that month I did something for the first time in my marketing career… I teamed up with John Thorhnill to promote an excellent coaching program by Jit Uppal and Adam Spiel called My IM Mentor, me and John wanted to give our subscribers the best possible deal they could get, so we teamed up and created a truly awesome bonus package to complement this.

March 2010 – The first thing that stood out for me in March was John Thornhill’s 72 Hours of Madness sale, it really was an AWESOME package that he put together for people, so as with any great product I compiled another great bonus, I basically offered to create a complete product for anybody who purchased through my link, I also gave resell, and giveaway rights with the product that I created, you can take a look at what I gave people here – No Hype Marketing.

April 2010 – In April I teamed up with John again to create  a product that literally doubles your profit for any Clickbank product, it was called ClickBank Affiliate Master and it basically allows your affiliates to promote multiple products and pages via a single ClickBank account, very important for creating custom ‘special offer’ pages to attract affiliates. We tested this last year with our Multi Profit Websites launch and it literally doubled our profits!

Later that month my good friend Tony Shepherd, along with Tony Newton launched an excellent site called BlogFlipz, this was an excellent system that showed you how to ‘flip’ blogs and make a full time profit from home. This was an excellent product because literally anybody could simply copy it and generate an income from scratch.

At the end of April I was very impressed with The Affiliate Silver Bullet, so impressed in fact that I created yet another awesome bonus for this product that supplies you with ready to go affiliate sales packages every week, making it dead easy for anybody to generate affiliate commissions.

May 2010 – In May I asked YOU in a survey exactly what you wanted, and the results showed me that most of you needed some personal coaching, so that’s exactly what I provided… On May 20th I launched Dave Nicholson Coaching, this was the first time I have ever offered coaching to the general public. I had previously coached students and even other big marketers privately, but never offered this service to everybody. My coaching was an instant success, and it sold out within days! I devoted a lot of my time and resources into my coaching, so I was expecting this to dominate my year! Since the launch I have a few places become available from time to time, if you click my coaching link and see my video then there are places available.

June 2010 – At the start of June, my good friend John Thornhill launched a site called ‘Auto Article Profits‘, this was an excellent report for just $10 that shows you exactly how you can make up to $500 per month for writing just one single article!

Later this month Dean Holland and Adam Spiel launched the excellent Turbo Traffic System that shows you how you can very simply copy their proven methods to generate massive amounts of cash by generating massive amounts of traffic.

At the end of June was the totally awesome Consumer Wealth System, I remember at the time the feedback I got from this was OUTSTANDING and it very quickly shot to number one in Clickbank. I also reviewed it myself, as I do everything I promote and I too thought it was an outstanding product.

July 2010 – The first thing that stood out for me in July was my good friend Lee McIntyre’s Lazy Way To List Building. I’m sure by now you must have worked out that list building is probably THE most important part of marketing online, Lee shows you exactly how to do it the ‘easy’ way in this brilliant system. I would recommend you do this now, not tomorrow!

The next thing that I remember in July was my good friend Omar Martin and Mike Filsaime’s Internet Selling for Newbies, I mean, free Internet Marketing training on CD ROM… You can’t complain about that can you!

August 2010 – August brought us into the mobile phone marketing techniques with the excellent Mobile Monopoly, as more and more people are now surfing and reading emails on mobile phones I thought this was an essential product.

Later that month came Lee McIntyre’s excellent Momentum Marketing System, in this day and age we all want to know how to generate an income online FAST, Lee’s product gives you a proven system to build a  $10,000 per month business in less than 90 days, from scratch!

September 2010 – The start of September brought a complete makeover and MASSIVE feature boost for mine and Daniel Sumner’s PLR Monthly, we REALLY went to town on this to create what we feel is the best PLR resource site in the world, we went to considerable expense to give our members exactly what they asked for… And then some!

Later that month came Auto Blog Samurai, an excellent bit of software that lets you automatically create tiny niche blogs, very handy for additional small income streams! As I reviewed this and thought it was excellent, I offered yet another awesome bonus to my subscribers.

Lastly that month, my good friend Daniel Sumner launched an excellent value for money course called Online Income Advisor. Each month Daniel gives people loads of top quality advice and training for a very low cost.

October 2010 – October was the long awaited return of mine and John Thornhill’s Free Monthly Websites 2.0, we spent a looooong time and a lot of cash updating and improving this to give people the very best we could… for FREE! Yes, we always try our very best to help out as much as we can, so that’s why we give this totally free. We had a lot of fun creating this too, I must give you the video outakes one day! 🙂

November 2010 – The biggest and best thing in November by FAR, for me, was the launch of Internet Internet Lifestyle, this system from Lee McIntyre is so effective and powerful that it’s not surprising that it’s called ‘Instant Internet Lifestyle’, it REALLY is a life changer. If you haven’t checked it out yet, then I strongly suggest you do so.

Later in November Daniel Sumner launched a cracking report called the ‘Big Traffic Guide‘, this was another excellent value for money product.

The last thing in November that stood out to me was a product called DeadBeat Super Affiliate, I loved the way this guy marketed the product with his lazy approach, it was actually an excellent product, and as a bonus it made me laugh!

December 2010 – Well what can I say about December, apart from that it was totally DOMINATED by the AWESOME Affiliate Promo Formula from John Thornhill, if you have not heard about this yet.. Where have you been? John shows you how you can start from scratch with nothing at all, and become a MASSIVE affiliate. The amount of content you get in this is crazy! Definitely John’s best product to date. As usual with any awesome product I offered an awesome bonus for my subscribers worth thousands, obviously it sold out as it was so valuable, but as a special treat for my blog readers ONLY, I am prepared to offer an additional 2 bonuses to the first 2 people who contact me or support at my helpdesk here, and mention you heard about it on my blog.

Remember, if you hit reply and let me know your number 1 marketing highlight of 2010, you’re instantly in the draw for $100 cash, which I will draw out LIVE on camera in January.
You must be able to receive the cash via Paypal, if you cannot and you still wish to enter, I will donate the cash to a deserving charity in your name.

Please make sure you use your best email address when you reply, as I will need to contact you on it if you win!

I hope this post gives you a little insight as to what I’ve been up to this year, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Regards,

Dave.

    1. Hey Stan

I was checking out your website!!! I have bit of a sweet tooth.

I tried your peanut brittle receipe….its really good.

No more buying at the shop.

      Regards

      Zahid

  1. Hi Dave Wow I did’nt realise that 2010 was that busy, I am also hartened that all the products you mention in th review are top products by ethical honest marketers we need more of this.

    Cheers
    Rob

  2. My number 1 marketing highlight of 2010 was a free PDF ebook download advocating setting up websites to earn income from giving away product samples

The way it works is you find an affliate program – the ebook quoted the weight loss industry, where visitors who click a link to a weight loss pill site get a free sample in return for providing their name, email and street address – and you earn $7

When Google stopped serving adsense ads on my primary financial site, I replaced them with a pay per lead program paying $1 to $3 per lead – and now I almost earn the same as I did before from adsense

A $7 a lead program should pay 3 times more than adsense – and that’s the direction I’m taking now – no more adsense sites – just pay-per-lead sites

  3. Hi Dave,
I’m not sure of my highlights as I am not finished Affiliate Promo yet and I still love using Multi-profit-websites. However, my highlight is my youngest daughter presenting me with a grandson in Ootober. The learning curve is great, but this little grandson is the biggest treat! Thanks Dave, continued success to you in 11. Bob O.

      1. Hi Robert,

Congratulations on you being a Grandad, whether for the first time or not. I became a Grandad for the first time in October 09 and it’s a fantastic feeling. I don’t get to see him as often as I would like as he stays In England. Fortunately it’s only a 2 hour from where I stay.

        Good luck for the future.

        Regards

        Donald

  4. My number 1 marketing highlight of the year was Simon Coulson’s SIMPLE event live. After spending a couple of years ‘trying’ to make cash online with some websites I found myself with all the intention but no plan. After going on this course I started making some cash, not loads but something is better than nothing!!

Roll on 2011 for more progress. Cheers Dave for all your info too

    1. Andy

That sounds like a great event.
I am pretty new to things and keep getting distracted by this new thing and the next latest thing.

One of my key intentions for 2011 is to keep it simple and focus on the basics and build a solid foundation.

I am always on the look out for tips, would love to hear more from you about your experience.

      Cheers

      Zahid

  5. Thanks for an interesting article. Merry x-mas and a happy new year to you. 🙂

My absolute marketing highlight of the year was no doubt the realization that I had to divide my tweets into a Danish and an English profile – and that I made greater interaction with fellow-users a priority of the day. It boosted traffic and brought about a tremendous increase in Adsense income and e-book sales.

My priority for the holidays is now to intensify and strengthen my profile on my business landing page – and ensuring every visitor gets a clear perspective on what I have to offer them, and why they should choose to cooperate with me.

On a personal level, which I also want to share, the highlight of the year was a ten day break caused by a skin disease in my right leg that FORCED me to prioritize all levels in my life. Focusing on a personal level helps intensify the willingness and determination to strengthen business activities also.

If I win, my PayPal is[edited for privacy reasons]

Good luck to all participants. 🙂

  6. I think I’d have to say my favorite was The Deadbeat Super Affiliate. He made me laugh too, but more than that, his product was very good and he knows his stuff, and like you, freely gives good information.
Have a wonderful Christmas and happy New Year Dave!

  7. hi Dave,

Can’t say my top accomplishments month by month (but what a great idea for 2010!). My best marketing success came from a media release campaign I did for a new product launch in a special niche. The product is innovative, and the interest generated from the media releases gave my sales a very nice boost from sources I would never have gotten otherwise.

For next year I will be looking to combine social media with press and media releases for even better leverage 🙂

Thank you for so many great ideas and for setting a good example for ethical marketing!

    1. Hey Nancy,

Sounds like you have the start of a nice little business there, if it starts to work for you then there’s nothing stopping you selling your services! Assuming you would want to! 🙂

      Thanks for your reply.

      Regards,

      Dave.

  8. Hi Dave,

Christmas eve and Rachel is still wrapping pressies…..
(So I said I’d best just check my online stuff … and look busy..hehe)

Anyways – I did want to wish you a very happy Chrimbo mate, and a prosperous 2011 🙂

As for highlights in 2010… Ooops – I had a few challenges, so my highlight was enjoying one of the best Chinese meals ever at the Asiana, with some great company!! 😉

(Hoping you got too drunk to remember how much you loaned me…hehe

Warm Regards to you and yours mate
    Randy
    http://www.RandolfSmith.com

    1. Hey Randy,

Rachel is sooooo organized! It’s 23:33 on Chrismas eve and I have not started wrapping mine yet 🙂
Yeah, that Chinese night was an excellent meal with even better company, here’s a pic if anybody is curious – FB LINK
Best wishes to you and Rachel too mate.

      Dave.
P.S. Yeah, I forgot all about the money until you just mentioned it! 🙂

  9. Well, my #1 highlight for the year is much smaller than yours, but I had the first sale of a product that I produced in December. It isn’t much, but it is a start.

I’ve got some work to do in 2011 to increase my traffic and conversions, but it feels good to have that first one under the belt.

    1. Hey Bill,

Yeah, the first sale is always the hardest, but once you find something works you simply need to keep building on it. It’s hard work at first but it does get easier!

      Regards,

      Dave.

  10. My first highlight for 2011 is to build up my automated network of blogs with at least 50 blogs making one dollar each.It looks easy but is not folks!!
    Bye
    Paul

  11. Hi Dave
Quite a year, lets hope 2011 is bigger and better.
I am member of Johns masterclass… its great!!!

I am member of free monthly websites when that was launched and got the
    upsell with bonuses.

I managed to get in on Johns 72 hour maddness deal as well, some great products.

I have ended the year with affiliate promo pro… bought through your link, great bonuses.

So a really great year and really going to crank things up in 2011.

Looking to put some faces to the names in 2011 and meet people.

    Keep the good work.

All the best for Xmas and Happy New Year.

    Zahid

    1. Hey Zahid,

It sounds like you have some pretty great products there 🙂
Yeah, it’s nice when you can get to meet the real people behind the names, I’m always around (usually the bar :-)), I’ll try to keep people updated on FB or Twitter if I’m at an event in case anybody would like a chat in person.

All the best to you too.

      Dave.

    2. Hey Dave

Thanks, yes been at the right place at the right time and have some great products.

I am in the Newcxastle Upon Tyne area…so you never know.

      Thank you.

      Zahid

  12. My highpoint of this year was finally receiving the satisfaction of people finding my business online through hard-earned SEO diligence, receiving calls from them, and being hired to work on good-sized and profitable projects!

Next year, affiliate niche sites! As much as I enjoy clients and making pretty websites for people, I need more time with my family than I’ve had.

    1. Hey Marj,

You’re very lucky you have the skill to be able to SEO, and obviously good at it to generate organic traffic, well done!
Yeah, you have to get a good mix of work v quality time, try to automate as much as you can and get more income streams then you’ll be able to spend more time with your family 🙂

      Best wishes,

      Dave.

  13. My number one business highlight of the year was the day that I got an email offering me £200 to advertise on my favourite blog for a year and I haggled them up to £300. It was a good moment because I had built that blog for fun and to see if I could get it to rank high for it’s keywords quickly, which I did and it led the way to my other niche blogs.

The same company have now advertised on several of my blogs and I used the money to make money by investing in Market Samurai, article marketing robot, upgraded hosting and lots of outsourced work. All of that has placed me in a far better position than I was in this time last year and 2011 should see me full time in this business.

My personal highlight was driving back from a meal out on Tuesday with my 80 year old mum, daughter and grandkids singing a mixture of Christmas carols and pop songs, it felt really special.

    1. Hey Patricia,

Sounds like a nice little business you have there, getting paid for promotions on your blogs you create for fun.
It looks like you invested your money wisely too.
      Good luck going full time.
Enjoy your Christmas with your family.

      Regards,

      Dave.

    2. Hey Patricia

Your story there of what you have achieved of the past year is really great.
Makes me really want to get out there and achieve results.

      Really inspiring.

Great choice of products, so many products out there. its like a mine field to picking a good reliable product.

I will be checking out the ones you have mentioned.

      zahid

  14. Those are some great highlights, Dave. With a lot of focus lately on poor products and misleading marketing techniques, it’s good to see a visual reminder of what’s been good this year.
As for a marketing highlight this year… I’m pleased to see that the ethical guys finished the year ahead. Roll on 2011.

    Regards
    Anthony

  15. Hi Dave,
As you know I’ve been running my own horse racing tips website for over 6 years now and creating systems for punters to help them stay in profit.
After many years of receiving tips and tricks from many horse racing enthusiast’s and giving advice in return I decided to launch my own project “your very own tipping website”.
During 2010 I have managed to get over 50 tipsters online and earning cash from selling their tips.
I now have some fantastic tipsters on my books that would otherwise still be searching for a way to get on line due to their lack of internet knowledge.
I’m very optimistic about 2011 and I thank you for all your help over the years.
I wish you a merry christmas and a prosperous new year.

  16. Hi Dave,

Wow, it seems as if you’ve had a busy, exciting and prosperous year. Great for you!

My Internet Marketing highlight for the year was proving to myself and family members that I can indeed generate income from my online activities. It may not be much, but it’s a start. After all, we all had to start out from ZERO, right?

Here’s wishing you another successful year!

    Take care,

    Fred

  17. Hey Dave,
My highlight of the year was finding ethical marketers like you(no b.s. either). It is nice to have people who share their stuff and really do appreciate the people who follow them.
    Have an awesome holiday,
    Fran

  18. Hi Dave,

Have a Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year. My highlight, for Internet Marketing purposes:

Getting my first ever subscribers, 5 in total, and still 5.

John Thornhills AFB, I got 2 sales, one with an upsell.

After being bankrupt and unemployed since January, I start work on the 27th.

The IM scenario, I feel I have moved on and it can only get better.

    Regards

    Donald

  19. Dave,

I didn’t even mention your post, a cracking post. 2010 was good for yourself, I was happy with what I did. Wasn’t much, but an improvement for me. You and John are an inspiration to all IM and more people will get success following guys like you. Looking forward to 2011.

    Donald

      1. No bother mate, a pleasure. I need to contact you about a couple of things. Will do that throughSupport. Can you tell me how to get an avatar up?That would be great. Hope you had a good Xmas. Am struggling today (Boxing Day) be glad when it’s all over.

        Donald

  20. As a beginner in the world of internet marketing, which became # 1 spotlight is a failure I put my website on page #1 of Google. I will try to overcome my failures on next year. Hopefully the more successful for you Dave & Merry Christmas – May God bless you 🙂

  21. I could say that my number one highlight was surviving my second full year as a marketer, or rewriting my own personal product and having only very recently placed the sales page back up online, or I could say that discovering some serious personality flaws in my online efforts (I am very easily distracted) was the one – but that was actually a bad patch I have nearly been evicted, But perhaps getting to the end of schooling for my kids (i have 4 kids – and they have all finished school now) was it, perhaps hitting 30 years of being happily married? but I think that over and above all that was the joy of getting a first grandchild.

Point is – if we can list more than one possible contender in what we consider an annual highlight – Then we have been well and truly blessed.

It has been a pleasure being part of your “system”

    Rob

  22. Well guys what can I say but…

my best highlight of 2010 was this morning, watching my kids open their xmas presents….their faces light up with joy and excitement.

    Have a great day
    Best wishes

    Zahid

  23. Hey Dave,

First of all Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! My #1 highlight of 2010 is your coaching program and I can say for sure that it works. Thank you.

    Best Wishes,
    Vova

  24. Hi Dave and Merry Christmas!!

I had a few highlights this year!!

My husband finally got his immigration papers squared away and got to come home AND I got a new grandbaby who is the light of my life!!!
AND I went through John Thornhills Masterclass!!

Great year, 2011 is gonna be better and I thank you for all your help and kindness throughout the year!

You helped me believe in Internet Marketers again!!

    Thanks!! 🙂

    Lisa~

  25. That is alot going on in a year, for sure !

The highlight of 2010 for me was , just this last month, finding a program that utilizes my “local market” here in Holland,MI . And best of all it is something that will give me monthly income stedily once I get it finished.

But better than anything else in the world, I am here with my 4 kids and my granddaughter another Christmas , I had surgery in 2007 to remove a cancerous tumor. And to continue being blessed by the Lord in that way if not with financial freedom with IM,though that is what I’m striving for in 2011 !

I don’t need a gazillion $$ , just enough to supplement and allow us to make some family memories this spring , summer and fall.

To all…a Merry Christmas and Prosperous New Year and May God Bless You and Yours in 2011 !

    Terese

    1. Hey Terese,

Great to see you found a good way to earn an additional income, and even better to see your health is good. Health and family is number one for me, as I’m sure it is for you too.
Keep working hard and I’m sure you’ll achieve all your goals.
To anybody else reading this, make sure you do one thing…
      SET A GOAL FOR 2011!

      Best wishes,

      Dave.

  26. My #1 highlight of the year was getting cataracts removed and new lenses put in my eyes so I can see again. My #1 Marketing highlight of the year has been building my internet business with ‘The Mage’ software to where it produces a nice 4 figure monthly income.

  27. Hi Dave! And Merry Christmas!

The highlight of my year was my offline consulting business
growing thru the enitire year. I have a great partner to work with,
and business grew slowly but steadily, and just in november 2010 we picked up 3 new clients, which made for a nice christmas this year – I am usally broke around this time of year. I have been struggling to make a living using the internet since 1999, and in 2008 teamed up with my present business partner, and after nearly 2 years of a lot of hard work, things really came together.

I am more tech saavy, and my biz partner has some tech ability, but has over 20 years experince in sales and marketing, so it has turned out to be a great partnership, and looking forward to a very profitable one in 2011!

    Howard

  28. Hi Dave
I’m a newbie and have set my plan for next year. I have already started dejunking and will only stick with the BIG 5 – JT, LM, DN, DS and RS as I now know they are ethical. I have had some good advice particularly from Randy. As a member of Johns affiliate programme, I get free help from him and Randy which will get me started next year. I also have FMW and lifetime membership to PLR monthly so look forward to getting all that.
    Regards
    Dee

    1. Hey Dee,

That’s a great top 5 you have there, I’m privileged to be part of it and I totally agree with you.
It sounds like you’re heading in the right direction for success, keep it up!

      Best wishes,

      Dave.

  29. My highlight was a little more mundane than most. Once I figured out a way to combine my two passions: Internet marketing, and self-help psychology.

It seems to me that many people really already know how to make internet marketing work, that is to say that we already know what we have to do, the trick is to get ourselves to do it.

That’s where the psychology of it comes in, setting goals, dealing with setbacks, realizing what we are working for among other issues.

Helping people deal with those issues has been my highlight.

    1. Hey Robert,

Some excellent advice there which people should really take note of.
Weird because I just replied to ‘Terese’ a few minutes ago and mentioned “SET A GOAL FOR 2011!”, it’s very important people do this.

      Thanks for your comments,

      Dave.

  30. Hi Dave
I’ve had plenty of highlights this year but by far the silliest thing I did was purchase John Thornhill’s Affiliate Promo Formula (and Affiliate Alliance) directly from John BEFORE I read your bonus offer email! It’s an awesome product but your bonuses would have made it absolutely brilliant. Never mind, you win some you lose some!

Hope you had a nice Xmas (it’s already Boxing Day here Down Under).
    Cheers
    Rob

    1. Hey Rob,

Sorry you missed my bonuses, I tried my best to let subscribers know about them 🙂
Contact my helpdesk and mention this post and I’ll see what I can do to help you.

      Best wishes,

      Dave.

  31. Hi Dave,

My IM hightlight: I was looking through everything I had done online and came across my old Squidoo pages. I thought gloomily that I had failed to make any money online and another year was nearly gone – but was looking forward to my bonus call with John Thornhill. The call was really inspiring, and I was able to tell John that I had in fact earned a few dollars in Amazon commission through a Squidoo page created in 2008. You have to sow to reap, even if it’s a bit slow!

I am going into 2011 with more faith and inspiration, and wish all your readers a happy and prosperous New Year.

    Anne

  32. Hi Dave! My highlight this year comes in two parts, firstly I discovered that I had kidney cancer and am now proud to say that I am completely cancer free, and just around the same time in October, I took a little advice from one of my IM friends and have since increased the size of my list by almost 250% in the last 9 weeks. Not really that big yet, but my list seems to be on the cusp of really breaking out!

  33. Highlight of my year has been the Unfair Advantage weekly webinars! What a great bunch of people in that group! It’s currently in its 36th week!

I am currently planning 2011’s highlights. Make 2011 your best year yet! Thanks for everything Dave!

    Merry Christmas,
    Your friend,
    Omar

P.S. – Actually my highlight was promoting your coaching program 😛

  34. My highlight of 2010 is a tiny one but a thrill for me anyway. It came in November and it was the fact that my clickbank account finally got off the mark;moving from 0000 to $30.49! Appropriately it came from an affiliate sale of Clickbank Ad Rotator:)
Hoping for many more sales in 2011,with much inspiration and help from yourself and John Thornhill
    Best Wishes
    Anthony

  35. Hi Dave, you have a great list of highlights for 2010 and look forward to what you have planned for 2011.

My biggest highlight came in December when I actually made John’s “Affiliate Promo Formula” top 10 leads and top 20 sales leaderboard. To be on the same board with people like you, Socrates, Lee McIntyre was pretty exciting for me especially since I have a small list of only 4,000 subscribers. Goes to show that the formula works.

    Have a great New Year
    Luca

  36. Hi Dave,
The highlight of my year is Affiliate Promo Formula.
On hearing John speaking and describing the formula with you I have this sense of wellbeing and being in the right place.
Looking forward to 2011 under your joint tutelage.

    Thank you.
    John

  37. Hello Dave,

My highlight was to actually finish an online local advertising course. There was plenty of input but to date no customers, not giving up on this one. Looking forward to building my online presence in 2011.

I purchased the Affiliate Promo Formula course directly from John before I noticed your bonuses on offer. Rather than information overload, are the bonuses included in your coaching course.

If this post is chosen for the $100 gift, would you please donate it to a charity of my choice.

    Good success in your business.
    Gordon

  38. Dave
This is my first few days with you and John Thornhill’s materials. I have been on line trying to learn how to do IM for over 4 years now. At least I have gain a great deal of knowledge of terminology and lingo, but now it is time to learn how work all of these things.

Much to my delight I have met the two of you, here on line. And by what you have listed above as your grand accomplishments in 2010, I am supremely inspired to begin working with John in his Masterclass training.

Learning to do things one step at a time in the correct order, and then, being able to check off each step as I complete it will surely give me the satisfqction of actually seeing that I am getting somewhere besides going around in circles that lead to no where…but to the door of “Giving Up”.

  39. Happy New Year to all!

You have been a busy boy, Dave!

My highlight of the year business-wise was to actually get a blog up and running and to learn soo much about internet marketing and all the bits and pieces that fit together.

As mentioned by earlier posters, it takes a while to realise that not every “opportunity” offered is genuine and helpful – and I’m a slow learner 😛

But I feel I’m now reigning in my spending and concentrating on getting some income so I can join my better-half in “retirement from the rat race” and work from our finca in Spain instead.

Thank you for all your advice – I’m in the Free Monthly Websites – just floundering a little but hope to find my feet soon!

    Jennifer

  40. My highlight of this year is more on offline marketing rather than online marketing.
As from Malaysia we had a little problem to get customer offshore. Most my marketing was done on domestic and not internationalize.I had a bad year in 2009 and 2010 give me a bit smile to my face.Hope 2011 i will be ready to dominating the world!

  41. After First thinking about trying to earn money online about a year ago, i found out, like a lot of people, that is no get rich quick scheme and it has cost me an arm and a leg to get to this point, wondering who i was going to get scammed by next and is there anyone that cares about the little guy. I must admit, that is has rocked my trust in people, but perhaps i’m being naive.
But now i think i may have got there,( not earning money ), but trusting a couple of guys, who can show me the way, John Thornhill & you Dave, so that is the highlight of my very expensive year lol.

  42. Hey Dave

My best highlight of the year is definately John Thornhills Masterclass.
I have never had the confidence to join a class like this without thinking that it’s a scam.
I am totally totally loving it. Best decision I have made 😛 😛
